Just read the ” Lost Notes” left behind by Sunao Yoshida. 

” On the other hand, Abel and Ion are tracking down some mysterious stolen information on Vitter island. They are heading Bohemia. In order to find the clue, they are working undercover as teacher (Abel) and student (Ion) at a university of Prague, and start their investigation.”

I think while Ion and Abel where trying there best to find clues to protect esther, if Ion brought up his feelings to abel in those late nights looking for answers. How would abel react? Would he let esther go, due to his attachment to Lilith? Or due to he feels be dosen’t deserve to be happy? 

The notes left me confussed, deep down I want Abel AND Ion to be happy with esther. But the way the plot goes, it seems to not care about love. Don’t get me wrong, I love trinityblood due to how complex it is, the plot it lays out and how deep the characters get without everything being only due or about love.  I know Sunao never says abel loves esther, or esther loves abel, but he brings up how Caternia grows to hate esther in the attention abel gives her as cat’s feelings grow for abel.

As a fan, all I can do is hope.
